Out of respect, Rural Beauty asks for a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
If a client does not show to an appointment or cancels within 24 hours, a 50% charge of the missed or last minutely cancelled service will be requested prior to re-booking a new appointment.
Please understand that when an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, we have to cancel on our Medical Directors who are waiting on-call to consult with you. This also makes it difficult to re-fill the appointment slot with another client on short notice.
