Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Out of respect, Rural Beauty asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

If a client does not show to an appointment, a $50 deposit will be required prior to re-booking a new appointment. 

Please understand that when an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, we have to cancel on our Medical Directors who are waiting on-call to consult with you. This also makes it difficult to re-fill the appointment slot with another client who is waiting.
